Delivery Policy

Kanapathee provides both local (island-wide) and international delivery services. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

📦 Local Deliveries

We use trusted third-party delivery partners based on reliability and service quality. Delivery charges are based on location and service provider rates.

Orders are processed on weekdays between 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM. Orders placed after 4:00 PM (Friday) will be processed on the next working Monday.

We do not provide overnight or Saturday delivery unless stated under special services.

🚚 Delivery Options

• Standard Delivery – Island-wide delivery via third-party services
• Express Delivery – Based on availability (PickMe Flash or similar)

Delivery time depends on location and courier availability. Customers will be contacted before delivery.

🌍 International Deliveries

Kanapathee supports international shipping through trusted partners such as DHL, UPS, and other express services.

Shipping availability depends on product type and destination country regulations.

Customs inspections may occur, and release decisions are handled by relevant authorities.
