1. Returns

1.1 Medicines & Prescription Items

Due to the sensitive nature of medicines and healthcare regulations, prescription medicines cannot be returned once delivered.

However, returns may be accepted only in the following cases:

• Product is defective
• Item is damaged during delivery
• Incorrect item received

Unopened items may be returned within 3 days of purchase with proof of purchase.

After review, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

1.2 General Products

Unused and unopened products may be returned within 3 days of delivery.

Items must be returned in original packaging with proof of purchase.

2. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please contact us with product details before returning.

Once received and inspected, we will notify you regarding replacement approval.

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Medicines (once delivered)
• Personal care items
• Hygiene products
• Perishable goods

4. Refund Conditions

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.
